Problem: For a client to create a community form or survey, they must go to their Project Manager to create one on their behalf. If the form needs to be edited, the client then again must go to their Project Manager to make the changes.

Task: Create a self-service form and survey builder for the client. Remember that this must be an easy platform to adapt to for seasoned and new clients.

It was important to have a live preview while the user is creating their survey while having access to the menu. Previously, the user had to assume and guess what the survey would look like or open another window. To make the process more efficient, everything would stay on one page.
