Ginger Maude is a zero waste café with the intention of educating their customers on how they can reduce their own waste output. Only materials used in the café are either reusable, compostable, or recyclable.
The business was started by Maude, a recent graduate of Environmental Studies at the University of Toronto. After learning how much waste is produced by not only people, but businesses, she decided to open up her own café in the hope she can become a leader in waste reduction amongst businesses.
